there are lot of small, medium and large businesses let alone on Alibaba.com (in China) they are making and receiving lot of phone calls and they are so desperate to have their own local phone number in most parts of the world so that their customers can call them locally. So if world phone really kick hard in China IMO this will justify to all down rampers who thinks there is no room for world phone in this world.
I could be wrong so DYOR and think out of the box?
