My friend went too Miami I said buy a sim with 1 gb we can then chat via viber... well she went too a store and bought a sim card for $10 US $$ and then had too pay $20 US for 1 gb and expired in 7 days.
She also tried the free hotel wifi which was over loaded so we could only email.
This is 1 of the things that WP can help us with WP connects too the nearest physical line for free then it's on fiber to finish the call.
