lol I don't think you understand the economics/mechanics behind these things. We will automatically have a seat at the table due being one of the largest raw minerals producers in the world. Manufacturers are the ones that will have the largest constraint through carbon trading.
Combine that with the move to hydrogen exporting, for those manufacturers to adhere to carbon emission controls they will require things like our hydrogen for production.
Aside from all that, our ACCU system already puts us miles ahead of many other nations.
