I mean I'll stand corrected if when we get the new shorts data there's massive massive shorting, but I'm very confident that with 10M shares traded today already and 15M traded yesterday that this price action isn't caused by shorting.
Sometimes a downtrend can attract shorting (like a reverse swing) but I seriously doubt shorting is the cause.
