Given everyone is so focussed on Regal (I think you're looking for answers in the wrong places but OK) remember that they are a substantial shareholder now.
This means they have to announce any change greater than 1% in their holding of CAP within two business days of that change occurring. If Regal really are "selling out to buy back in cheaper" it will become clear very quickly.
