I've been doing some searching on the net and I like what I've seen, partcularly this one:

IMX Resources’ (ASX: IXR, TSX: IXR, IXR.WT) directors have increased their shareholding in the company through on-market purchases.

Managing director Neil Meadows acquired 300,000 shares on 26 and 27 November at a total price of A$37,197.34 for an average price of $0.124 each.

Chairman John Nitschke acquired 500,000 shares for $55,000, or $0.11 each, while director Stephen Hunt bought 200,000 shares at $0.13 each and another 100,000 shares at $0.11 each for a total price of $37,000.

Nitschke now holds 870,000 shares, while Hunt owns 501,800 shares.
