My guess is after finding Angola's new largest diamond LOM wacked a trading halt out straight away expecting to make the ann on Friday.
After further consultations.. Govt Endiama etc.. shares were suspended in order to organise the right amount of fanfare and the right faces present.
Gazetting will not feature in this ann IMO i really feel the delay has been all about getting their ducks in a row to please all major stakeholders re a large diamond find.
How big?
I'm gonna say 350+
The question is what are they gonna name it?
