You areright, I know Usound very well.

No commentto postings, having no idea of the different technological approaches betweenUsound and AKP.

I have nointention bashing AKP, as I am not invested nor will. But I'm very interestedin technology (MBA mechanical engineering and economics) and therefore followthe development of other audio MEMS companies as well. AKP is only one of them.

Many usersposting in several AKP threats have a strong technical background. Thereforethe technical aspect in the discussion is overrepresented compared to thefuture business model/segmentation of AKP. I can barely see how the businessdevelopment of AKP could be shaped. In my opinion, AKP, with its technologicalapproach, is too far away from the current to medium-term market needs. I donot see many use cases where Usound's technology approach is not sufficientenough to cover current customer needs and the AKP solution would beimperative.

There maybe niches but penetrationg these niches will be costly and less lucrative as itwill be a topic of volume.

If AKPreally gets the technology up and running under sufficient quality and yield atsome point (and thats a big IF), then I still see a massive cost disadvantage. Due to the complexityof the AKP solution, the chip will cost a multiple of the Usound solution. Icurrently see little added value for customers to justify these costs.

While theinnovative, technological approach (approach only so far) may be in favor ofACP, I believe that it is bypassing the volume market.

I see it inthat way: U Sound has a similar approach to Musk and Branson for low-costorbital deals using appropriate technology compared to AKP's utopian mission toMars.

That's whyI'm so skeptical about AKP's story telling. That’s why I see the currentvaluation massively exaggerated – my opinion.
