OK Everyone. I just searched and yes, titanium fishing rods are now being made, v high end product. And apparently they are fan-tas-tic. If I was wealthy, I'd buy a controlling stake in TTT to stop their shenanigans with bikes, airframes, ships etc and make me some fishing sticks!!! Technically, TTT would have to scale down the applicator to be accrurate to spray on 3mm rod, but who knows!!!
