Given the insto's can't get enough supply of this stock, fudging the market depth pre open is a good tactic.

I sense, they've been trying to instigate a sell down for weeks now but the holder base is like a freaking rock.

Basically, if the pilot is successful, the instos will urge the company to conduct an off market CR to them to 'help fund' deployment etc and the poor old retail punter who didn't get in before hand gets wrecked as always.

Like GSW all over again
