I would like to think it's highly unlikely he will be thrown out but there will allways be that "IF" hanging over Lynas and as we know uncertainty has put us where we are today. I don't like what is going on and would like to see the TOL issued today as much as the next person but just when you think about it, the same problems will crop up in six months when the elections are held and everything will be rehashed over and over. Hopefully you are right that the opposition doesn't stand a chance:)
