Hi Guys
After extensive research and plenty of trials/errors including 5:2 this worked an absolute treat. Part of the snacking process now involves seasoned anchovies which replace chips. Dropped off easily and only limited exercise. Aeroplane now do a green tea extract infused jelly and it is sensational. Embrace fat, throw out anything low or fat free, enjoy meat and pork crackle again and don't worry about counting calories. I will be Iceland over Xmas so will obviously check this out along with the phone app they use to check their relative status.
