Very interesting to get a feel for Kogas. They definitely are a huge coy & stated late 2008 about getting involved in exploration. Well that is what the announcement is.

I would assume if they end up with 10% of BUL, then it is in their interest to be involved in the developing of BUL's PNG oil/gas.
Thats newsletter says:-
Starting next year, KOGAS will proceed with
feasibility studies on Russia PNG pipeline routes,
subsequent LNG terminals and chemical plant
projects.
