worlds longest word according to wiki

According to Wiki, the word, I think "antidisestablishmentarianism" is the longest word and/or most syllabled word (can't exactly remember).

There is mention in the Wiki of a long medical word for a lung condition induced by silicon inhalation to the lungs following volcanic eruptions.

I thought I might coin a new word that some might (sssh I didn't mention CVI) be a more long-winded one.

The word is: "cerebroconfusiondemacroscopicbulldustofalondonviewoverus"

Anyone think of some longer words to contribute?

Maybe "verisimilitudinous" could summarise many corporate activities, perhaps even a few commentators on HC... but that word is not legthy enough to encapsulate the long-winded story of our condition.
