falcon I am not aware of past issues with EDE I just look at reasons for dilutions (rasing cash) and if I would of done the same at the time (sometimes you have no choice but to go back to go forward)I see a lot of share at 760 , cap of 12,looks ok to me ,,,,with the 16 coming there should be no reason for a dilution again.(SHOULD) Many idears, many connections and this takes a lot to put in place I think its there. The big BUT is I have not looked closely at this stock but have not combed thorough it. i joined hotcopper to look for input of others on Matthew woods as he has had many companies go from the ground to the 10th floor and fall again i just see these things as they are now.many years of stuff ups tho. bots have made it a different game.
