Absolutely, it's good to somebody taking a major stake. I guess I was wrong about the size of the fund! Congrats to whoever dug up the link to wikipedia.
At 10c, the increments change from 0.1 cent to 0.5 cent, so it'll be a bit of a hump to get over that 10/10.5 boundary, I think.
Once we're over though, it will be a strong signal for further rises.
