There is no chance that these stem cells would be injected into children's hearts at Boston Children's Hospital if it was felt there was any risk whatsoever.
Also this procedure would not be occurring unless the confidence in efficacy was extremely high.
Every chance that all heart surgery in the future will be accompanied with an injection of mesoblast stem cells.
For those doubters I suggest you read this article most carefully.
