You're right there, Timber, Barcelona and Madrid have been at each other since before the Civil War (1936-1939). the Basques even longer, searching for independence. It strikes me as contradictory that with the 'authorities' trying to make the world one big city, the population seem to be rejecting this, and isolating themselves into cultural lines.
On another theme, I suppose it's been mentioned but nevertheless, it appears the Ron Paul's 'audit the Fed' may become factual. Passed thru' Congress with flying colours, now waiting for the Senate.
Interesting what it'll reveal if anything untoward?
