Well I would think that if Brainchip wants "the market" to take notice then Brainchip would make the new as obvious to "the market" as possible. Having the news announced on a few obscure website and just on their own website probably will not reach many investors. Out in the Australian media as well the ASX, would be IMO be the spots to be with this announcement.
