I compost all fruit & veg scraps & as much garden waste as i can fit in the compost bin... i have never put any worms in but it is absoluteley full of them... they seem to come from miles away... hardly see a worm anywhere else in the garden but the area around the bin & the bin itself is alive with 'em... some of the worst soil i have ever seen where i am but the compost is working wonders on the two little patches i grow vegies in.
