    correct, very strong balance sheet and is a low cost producer of high quality coal. not to say it isn't without risk, one commodity and being largely reliant on one mine (bengalla) is a risk. but with a dividend and potential upside from the approval of new acland it looks undervalued to me for those ok to invest in coal. New Acland will be ruled on soon as well. a positive decision here should force the QLD gov hand if they value jobs.

    The China trade issue impacts sentiment but as stated further above there is limited direct impact for NHC. but let's see on that issue.
