, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank has asked the Court for a--wait for it--- (FURTHER) adjournment on the basis that it says it needs further time to consider its position. The lawyers for the Bank were UNABLE to say why, despite having been actively involved in those discussions, it now could not form a final view in the time available. Nor were they able to spell out what the nature of any objections were.
If my memory serves me correct,Bingo was always OBJECTING to the statement of claim (SOC),this time they were unable to say why?.
Come on Bingo,if your not afraid,get on with it and prove in the courts',that you are a prudent and responsible bank that has the BALL's to play the game and not the mums and dads.
