Bobo, read the document you signed re the loan you took out . . you guaranteed it! Your house, your car, your savings . . they are on the line! BEN did not need to 'value a property' to get assurance over the loan. They gained assurance over the loan establishement process, yes, the one that established you had a means to finance the loan and the ability to repay it when the S hit the fan. Welcome, the fan has been turned on!
These loans are personally guaranteed so unless you are going to wave the white flag and call bankruptcy then you are on the hook.
