Well Nick, this hook is so rusty it won't even pull a fingerling out of the water. Have you ever dealt with a lawyer who had assets? This brings us back to basics: Why is Hirst not taking provisions for the debt that is not being serviced? $450 million are at stake and take my word for it, a fair chunk of this is not going to be recoverable (mine is only a small bit). The longer the court case lasts, the more people will die or move away and it is utterly irresponsible by Bingo not to take up reserves. They are collecting bonuses that have not been earned until this mess is sorted once and for all. I call for the sacking of Hirst on the basis of incompetence and ignorance. He is not telling shareholders the truth. Get rid of him.
