Thanks for acknowledging my note and more so some of the points I have made.
No doubt if everyone had their time again we'd have all bought FMG and EXT instead of trees.
You do seem confident about BEN's legal position and, while I am not disagreeing with you, it is a matter for the courts AND I suppose my point is that after more than a year no side has been able to deliver a knockout blow as to who is right or wrong.
Certainly the class action and the action by (and against) the large financial planner how has lots of exposure is so far inconclusive.
