There is spin on both sides in the maneuvering prior to the court case. No doubt both sides are blaming the other for any delays, and it is probably not all as one sided as I have been led to believe.
One way or another I'm sure everyone wants to sort this out. The delays, while frustrating will not ultimately change the outcome.

The assignment of the loans is what this is all about.
I certainally have some empathy with Bodo, wooduk, and others.
But banks and other lending institutions, as part of their normal business, do bundle up and "sell' loans to each other on an every-day basis.
And that is what happened on this occasion
