This is where I go insane: Ben only bought these loans in April 2009 when everyone and his dog knew, that the MIS schemes and GTP were doomed. 2 WEEKS before GTP went under!!!!
And banks do check the underlying security of loans! The only security for these loans were the projects themselves. So yes, BEN has made severe errors in judgement
