You have summed up the exact position of a lot of investors, myself included. Thumbs up.
Why must BEN be so greedy and try get the full amount of the loans? Why not settle for what they paid for the loans rather than spend so much money for legal proceedings? I'm more than happy to come to a reasonable settlement so we can all move on. They can have the projects too. What happened to some actual common sense?
