I've recently been invested in two Companies (REIT sector)that were the subject of takeover offers.
In both cases, the Independant Expert reported that the offer was NOT fair but that it was reasonable.
The offerors acquired their required stakes (most shareholders just caved in) and the rest of the shares were then compulsorily acquired.
I see no reason why this couldnt happen with SDL.
