Because I along with you and many others believes the concerns and barriers will be overcome.
There are obviously concerns with this company otherwise it'd at a much higher prices. That's the idea of value investing - finding the concerns around a company which make it cheap and identifying if they'll be able to overcome the hurdles to create gains.

There's reasons why this company is trading at peanuts, most of its value is speculative which big investors tend to steer clear of.
And I was merely opening up the floor to get others' insights to see if there's any other concerns I may have missed. Wasn't raining on our bullish outlook, just trying to take a wholeistic approach. It's good to be challenged by opposing views on a company.
