Particularly surprising since it's going into the agm this Wednesday - so if there was any good news, you would think he'd wait or just leave shares on the offer to sell into a rising price rather than selling into a falling as with this last sale.
The last newsletter seemed to suggest they were on track with forecasts though, so it would seem unlikely they would be revising down outlook at the agm - and forecasts were fairly clearly indicated in some of last years announcements.
