Not to argue, just to kill time while waiting for Santa and reindeers to come: I checked FBR price history, iIt was at 9th Mar 2017 the sp broke through 10c with 16m vol without any ann, strangely. Then it kept above 10c till 3rd Jul, with ann of CAT MOU the sp ran above 15c, and 16th Aug with Saudi Arabia MOU sp reached 30c.
For saying that, I believe 9.2c is too low considering the achievement FBR has made this year, hope management can do something to recover the confidence of holders.
