Look up EPCM and the history of construction. Prefabrication is exactly what has happened in the industrial field and continues to expand. A lot of infrastructure is delivered pre constructed and bolted, wired on site. Very likely residential will follow with building companies as the EPCM in this example. It's already started just look outside brick laying.
