With the Zinc price holding up surprisingly well and the dollar now sub 70c with an expected interest rate cut tomorrow to send it lower, it should, and I say this with great trepidation, be a good 2nd qtr. For October, the zinc price averaged around AUD$1.60/lb. If it averages at that level for the qtr, it will add another $3m to the dwindling kitty on the nuts projections.
