It's not just the 50 million, its all the other funding that goes with it.
A whole entire funding package needs to be created from various sources.
If each one requires something different to approve the loans, then each party offering needs to wait for everyone to be ready.
Simple.
And there are many other companies whom have waited just as long or longer to receive finance.
A currently with Lepidolite and Mica prices rising, we are only going to be more attractive once funding does arrive.
