Here in WA I get 10 cent per Kwh between 3pm to 9pm, 2 cents the rest of the time.
But matters not, I got solar panels mostly so I could run my AC. Last summer I was effectively running the AC 24/7 and it was costing me $3 per day, without solar panels it would have cost $12-$15 per day
