If you don't get the basic right, nothing will be...
Two suggestions:
1. Accounting Opinions: there are several published, all of which concur with mine.
2. Money was borrowed by MGC from a Bank to fund the so-called "loans" to farmers, the latter smoke-n-mirrors by MGC Board; the latter an obligation incurred by MGC and then, through mirrors, tried to claim back from its farmers.
Thankfully, someone finally woke up at MGC and put an end to the accounting shenanigans!
