To clarify I didn't buy in because I didn't like the structure and like you knew the CEO mgnt and old board were liers and totally and utterly incompetent.
The new mgnt might not be high on milk experience but they have the highest integrity and are smart and very hard working.
I don't know much about the dairy farmers on the board but they know their skill set is farming and that will be helpful.
To clarify I didn't buy in because I didn't like the structure...
