I wasn't aware the CEO, mgt and board were liars, that is for ASIC and the ACCC Investigation to determine, but I was not comfortable with the path they were taking.

I still think the new governance and management team need to show their colours in the dairy space and when they provide clarity on the strategy, company structure and the performance metrics by which they are prepared to be measured by going forward I am happy to revisit my position.

For now I think MGC still carries far too much risk, some of its own making and some due to the changing industry it is in but I admit I can't see the share price coming off much more than it's current trading range.
