I think Fonterra buying mgc is very unlikely as accc will knock back as Fonterra mkt share would be to high.

Given Fonterras arrogance I doubt they will buy they will try and destroy mgc first

I want a company structure but a higher tax rate is the main downside

I still believe best outcome for dairy industry and mg is Saputo and Bega make joint bid and split the assets

The milk loss announced today is manageable and comments by management clearly Dow they are doing their best for farners with what they have.
