    Agreed, it is a race against time for MGC but one thing about a level playing field with competitors and that is it will never be a level playing field as, besides BGA, there is something all the others can do that MGC can't and that is leverage transfer pricing and that alone makes the playing field tilted in offshore parties favour whether they use it or not. Worth noting also is the sheer size of the competitors, they are all an order of magnitude larger than MGC ever was, even in its heyday.

    As for the debt (we still disagree on the full amount) they could redress that one pretty quickly if they really wanted to but it distorts some other things they are mid-flight of doing with the banking community and disrupting that may be the worse evil.

    Talk about having to do a fine balancing act on a high wire in the dark on a windy night with people throwing things at you from below.
