10% of the votes cast I should have said not 10% of the votes available. History should be a good reminder as the suppliers/shareholders should have learnt the lesson from last time they were called to vote on such a serious matter and many didn't vote and that is why MGC is where it is today. The actual results from last time were rather telling about the apathy that existed.

We agree that only time will tell.
