Three director resignations and a profit downgrade so soon after listing all stink to me. While I think that there is certainly value in this trust, it seems that there are some more skeletons that are yet to fall out of the closet.
To be comfortable holding this stock, I'd need to know why Helou fell on his sword, whether the other guy really had such bad health, and why Keira whatshername quit so immediately after she had a chance to take a good look at what she was going to be responsible for.
