2/ If it is VPE doing the buying then ITC should inform ASX of this.

3/ Then VPE can do the explaining.

If any of this happens, then it will be good for the VPE and ITC share price, and could release more information to the market. Good for everyone and keeps the ball rolling.
Makes ITC more expensive to VPE and makes ITC trade at its true worth. WIN, WIN , WIN.
