You could well be right SuperWealthy - you may not be leaving much profit, if any, on the table at that re-entry??

My thinking on a lower level re-entry is that the reform process, and implementation of corrective strategies to deal with the issues weighing them right now, will take a little (read; lot of) time - the next update in October may be a catalyst for optimism, but probably still will not be evidentiary or definitive.

I feel there are structural issues to me made, that is usually (probably) a slow burn before benefits emerge - hopefully by the half-year report some signs will be clear?

This is a very hard one to pick, but so far has been enormously profitable, so I will track it keenly.
