Any thoughts on whether the hold up with the licence news could be related to having to get these positions cleared first? Is that legal? I mean nothing 'price sensitive' is supposed to have been discussed in the IC over the last week. Can that be believed? I suspect as long as no legally binding document has been signed, then nothing 'price sensitive' has happened, and this is the semantic that so many Perth companies exploit so well.
