You are obviously young or have a bad memory.
There have been many worse Govts. For a start , every Labor Govt.
But clearly you can't remember the Whitlam Govt, and their Minister for Energy Rex O'Connor, who tried to raise money through a Pakistani middleman named Kemlhani, to buy back / nationalise companies like Woodside. Unbelievable international embarrassment , the like of which we have never seen since.
In the end they were thrown out after the Gov General dissolved Parliament and an election was held.
Don't talk about bad Govts unless you know your history.
