https://www.comcourts.gov.au/file/Federal/P/NSD2355/2007/actions google the above every day to see where this action is going. i can't believe all you guys are guessing what the outcome of a court case is going to be without having heard more than one minute of the opening day. there are so many options opened to a judge where there are so many defendants and cross claimants. look who is suing and counter suing each other. perhaps an offer was made whereby some or all the other defendants took the rap but they may not have agree to do so. barnes and grimaldi would probably not accept a settlement whereby they had to pay all the damages. why not just sit back and wait for decision. mmx has said they will not be commenting on the case at all.
