Shareholders need to get to the AGM if possible, to make sure the Board is held to account. And if you can't go DEFINITELY VOTE NO to Resolutions 1 and 2 via Proxy. Resolution 2 deals with Lefroy. Pity it doesn't deal with Dreyer, Armour and Mazachelli too as none of them deserve to be there. Value destroyers big time.
Systematic 28 - your proxy form should have come with the Notice of AGM. Mine arrived in Junk Mail. Hopefully not an omen of what is to come.
