The SP has recently responded to an uptick in the price of silver on reasonably small volume. My feeling is that the price is being supported ahead of the approval of the additional 15% resolution being passed and the subsequent share placement being completed. Look at the buyers sitting from 10 to 13 cents and they haven't been moving up with the SP as it has increased.
